President Hotel Villa Miami Beach

Great hotel. Rooms were clean! The roof top pool was small and nice. The staff really went out of their way. Kevon was always helpful with Luggage and transportation. Great stat

We stayed in the villas and had an amazing welcome from Mike who made sure we had everything we needed after our long flight from Alaska! Henry was wonderful and made our check out experience easy and painless! The closeness of everything makes the villas an excellent choice and they even held our bags for us while we waited for our embarkation time after check out. 10/10 would stay again! They also have an amazing cat concierge where we delivered our cat pet tax every evening and morning

We were very happy with our stay. The building was beautiful and clean. They had a room ready for us before check in time. The location was excellent. Just one block from the beach and near a lot of restaurants. We had complimentary breakfast, which was delicious and complimentary towels for beach. I would definitely stay here again!!

I really liked my stay at Presidents Hotel. The only reason I gave a 4 stars to the room was because there was no jacuzzi , but hey this is what I paid for. Price is affordable, location was perfect, staff was amazing, and the best part, breakfast was included which to me that’s a +, because people let’s be real Miami is expensive. They also give you a voucher for a complimentary cocktail drink when you check in and provide chairs, towels and umbrellas to go to the beach. Definitely coming back.

I came to stay with my family for the night before heading out on a cruise, as soon as we arrived we were greeted by Henry who was very pleasant and accomodating. We arrived early before check in and Henry insured we were comfortable, allowed us to freshen up and use the facilities whilst we waited. Any requests we had were met with ease and professionalism. Great service from start to finish, the rooms were great and the location was even better. A short stroll to the beach, shops, and eatery’s. Recommend if you need somewhere to lay your head for the night, the place also includes breakfast to get started for the day. Thanks for having us stay :)

Everything about my stay at President South Beach was absolutely amazing! Kevon is truly incredible – I came back all the way from Bulgaria, Europe just because of him. The management should really value him and give him the recognition and promotion he deserves! Henry was also fantastic – always cheerful, friendly, and welcoming. Thanks to both of them, my experience was unforgettable.

I really enjoyed my stay at the President Hotel. The rooftop pool is super nice such a great spot to relax. Lived the little bar at the lobby. I also met Sebastian, the bartender, who was very knowledgeable and clearly skilled at what he does. He made great drinks and added to the overall experience. I truly enjoyed my time here and would definitely come back.

Amazing Stay Thanks to Henry! Had an awesome time at the President Hotel in Miami Beach! The location is perfect — right by the beach and close to everything fun in South Beach. The room was clean and cozy, and breakfast was solid. But honestly, the best part of my stay was Henry at the front desk. He’s super friendly, welcoming, and really goes out of his way to help. Henry gave me great local tips, helped me with directions, and made sure I had everything I needed. You can tell he really cares about guests having a good time. Thanks, Henry, for making my trip even better!
